PROFILE
Neil Warshafsky is a specialist in the sale of all forms of investment real estate as well as leasing both in Canada and the United States. He has an Honours B.A. in Business and Urban Planning.
A CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager), RPA (Real Property Administrator), MIMA (Member of the Institute of Municipal Assessors), Neil Warshafsky has extensive experience in the structuring of real estate transactions and dealing with distressed real estate and the repositioning of assets. Neil is a past President of CCIM Central Canada Chapter as well as a past council member of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s Commercial Council.
In early 1999, he established RE/MAX Commercial Focus Inc. which was a commercial only brokerage company, which he later sold and formed RE/MAX Commercial Advisors Inc., with Fraser MacDonald in early 2008.
Neil has sold many forms of real estate over the years and has sold in excess of $300 million over the past five years. He has received the Chairman, Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement recognitions within RE/MAX.
